1. Digital delivery
DayOne China products are digital files (PDFs and printable cards) delivered electronically after purchase. There is nothing to ship and no physical product to return.
2. Delivery issues
If you cannot access your files due to a delivery issue — wrong email, missing download link, broken file, or technical error — contact us at hello@dayonechina.com and we will fix access or issue a refund.
3. Already downloaded or consumed content
Refunds for content that has already been downloaded or consumed are handled case by case. We aim to be fair: tell us what went wrong and we will review your request in good faith.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@dayonechina.com from the address used at checkout. Include the order reference and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Most issues are faster to resolve directly.
